Talisman is building out its engineering organization to design, deliver, and scale gas-fired generation packages for large-load customers across North America. The Director of Engineering will own the technical design basis for gensets, fuel delivery, BOP, emissions control, switchgear, and interconnection for islanded and grid-parallel operation.

Qualificações

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; PE preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing external EPC and OEM partners.
• Customer-facing technical experience with large-load offtakers, translating requirements into scope.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical design basis for gas-fired generation packages (gensets, fuel delivery, BOP, emissions control, switchgear, interconnection).
• Lead engineering delivery from conceptual sizing through detailed design, vendor reviews, and commissioning support.
• Establish repeatable plant configurations and equipment standards across sites; feed O&M data back into design.
• Build and lead the engineering function, defining team structure and scope with internal and external partners.
• Act as senior technical authority in commercial pursuits, shaping sizing, pricing inputs, and terms within energy service agreements.
• Set technology and equipment strategy, directing OEM relationships and lead-time management in a constrained supply market.
