Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oil & Gas accounting experience, Upstream/E&P
• BA or Master’s in accounting
• APA preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop tools, systems, and processes for Oil & Gas Upstream accounting clients.
• Oversee operations of Oil & Gas Accounting group, including supervising associates.
• Set up and implement accounting functions related to O&G Upstream.
• Develop client service plans in collaboration with the team.
• Identify technical issues to ensure compliance with rules and standards.
• Monitor budgets and manage invoices and collections.
