Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: conduct thorough and comprehensive research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Transaction Assistance and Management: support complex transactions from inception to resolution, including negotiations and closings.
