Responsibilities

Legal Research: conduct thorough research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
Legal Writing: draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
Transaction Assistance and Management: assist/manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
Client Interaction: build and maintain client relationships with professionalism.
Collaboration: work with lawyers and business professionals on transaction strategies.
