Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Technician II to join our team to help reduce consumer energy bills by installing energy-saving measures and performing related tasks on customer sites. You will work with a crew to install insulation, update windows and thermostats, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and compliance with safety and DOT guidelines.

• Relevant industry or technical certification/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installing energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Performing minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assisting with loading and unloading work trucks
• Ensuring measures installed are to program guidelines
• Assisting with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assisting with customer site job set up and tear down

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Technician II.

Physical Demands/Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Relevant industry or technical certification/training preferred

• Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time

• Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently

• Use repetitive hand motion

• Lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds frequently

Target Compensation:

$22.50/hr

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
