Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to join our team. You will conduct whole-home energy assessments and install energy-efficient products within a defined territory, serving residential customers as the local on-site program representative.

You will provide technical guidance, record results, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with contractors and program staff. Travel throughout the territory is required, and HVAC knowledge or BPI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• BPI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual... To join our team as a Residential Energy Auditor! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Conduct whole home assessments and install energy-efficient products and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

Target Compensation: $21.70/hr

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$18.80 - $28.30 Currency

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
