Job summary

Welty Energy & Infrastructure (WE&I) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across energy, engineering, and AEC roles from Fairlawn, OH. You will source, screen, interview, and partner with hiring managers to secure strong fits for a range of positions.

The role requires 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, networks, job boards), and expertise with ATS.

Qualifications

Proven track record of recruiting talent within energy, engineering, or AEC industries.
Expertise with sourcing methods including LinkedIn, networking, and job boards.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills for evaluating candidates’ potential for complex roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
Conduct phone screens, in-depth interviews, and behavioral assessments to evaluate skills and culture fit.
Proactively source passive candidates through networking and advanced search tools.
Manage candidate data and provide regular updates across the recruiting lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the process.
Support employer branding initiatives and intern/talent programs to attract top talent.
