Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to design and execute recruitment strategies for technical, engineering, operations, and safety roles across our pipeline operations. This role partners with internal teams to build a robust talent pipeline aligned with business goals.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will own end-to-end recruitment, manage candidate pipelines, ensure compliance, and promote our employer brand at events and in networks to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in technical/industrial roles.
• On-site work ability and experience with ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine recruitment strategies for technical and operational needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiations.
• Build candidate pipelines and partnerships with industry networks to drive diversity and inclusion.
• Analyze recruitment data to proactively drive process improvements and improve candidate experience.
• Represent Energy Transfer at events to elevate brand and attract top talent.
