Benefits and growth: Join Welty Building Company and Welty Energy & Infrastructure (WE&I) as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting recruiting for energy, engineering, and AEC roles. This hybrid position in Fairlawn, OH focuses on building long-term talent pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to hire the right people for complex technical teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for roles across the organization.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including initial phone screens, in-depth interviews, and behavioral assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Proactively source passive candidates using networking, industry connections, and advanced search tools to find top talent.
• Manage internal processes and systems to track candidate data and provide regular updates.
• Streamline and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), working with ATS Representatives and providing internal training.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs, and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and nurture relationships for current and future hiring needs.
• Actively seek out diverse candidates to support an inclusive workforce.
• Maintain the referral program, from policy compliance through company-wide engagement.
• Support early-age professional development through Career Fairs, seasonal and year-round intern programs, and conversion of interns to new grad FTE offers, while building awareness internally and externally.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

What you bring

• Proven track record recruiting talent within the energy, engineering, or AEC industry.
• Expertise in sourcing methods including LinkedIn, professional networking, and job boards.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates for complex roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources (or related field) is desired, or relevant years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience required.
• AEC industry experience is highly preferred.
