You will lead cross-functional teams through RFQ to SOP, ensuring price, schedule, quality, supplier readiness, and commercial program execution in partnership with the supply base.

Qualifications

• Experience in program purchasing, strategic sourcing, and supplier development.
• Knowledge of purchasing practices, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience supporting RFQs, supplier nominations, cost tracking, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing-related engineering activities across locations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet price, timing, quality, and supplier readiness.
• Prepare and lead supplier negotiations reflecting customer requirements and cost-down opportunities.
• Organize supplier workshops covering cost-down actions, feasibility, capacity, and launch risks.
• Support cost estimates, target price setting, and cost build-up during RFQ and development phases.
