Job summary

Clarios in Wisconsin is seeking an Engineering Project Leader to steer a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive on-time product delivery, cost, and BoM alignment across the V-model lifecycle.

You will coordinate with program management, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to mature technology, approve BoM, manage releases, and lead cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience of project execution including product launch.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive electronics and software product development.
• Domain knowledge in automotive electronics, software and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary product engineering team to achieve technical/functional targets, BoM, schedule and industrialization goals.
• Ensure product maturity across the lifecycle and manage BoM approval and release.
• Interface with program management, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
