Job summary

Clarios, LLC invites a Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional development programs in automotive and energy storage.

You will drive profitable, on-time execution across multiple projects, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and sales teams.

You will manage the SDT through Power D3/ITP, assess risks, ensure timely gate exits, and coach colleagues for growth while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 8+ years of work experience in Program Management in Automotive or equivalent.
• Proficient working experience with project management methods (e.g. Auditing, PMI standards, IATF standards).
• Proficient working experience with PM-related tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Applications, APQP, Quality Systems).
• Proficient working knowledge of production processes, product design, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) through Power D3 / ITP to launch program.
• Demonstrating proficiency in program management processes (ITP/PowerD3) as applicable.
• Understanding customer needs and leading teams to respond promptly to inquiries.
• Early identification of project risk and initiation of mitigation plans.
• Clear communication to all levels of the organization.
• Leading within a project (indirect leadership) and coaching others for development.
• Planning and conduction of Program Reviews.
• Ensuring timely gate exits.
• Making decisions and achieving results aligned with company values.
