Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to drive sourcing strategies across direct materials, electronics and capital equipment for the Maxwell organization. This leadership role focuses on complex supplier relationships, cost reduction, and supply continuity in a global manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance and regional teams to translate requirements into effective sourcing plans, lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate long‑term

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related function.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing suppliers across multiple categories.
• Experience working with global cross-functional stakeholders and travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies aligned with Maxwell business objectives, growth plans, technology roadmaps, and operational requirements.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships across a broad procurement portfolio including direct materials, electronics and components, contract manufacturing, capital equipment, tooling, services, and other critical spend categories.
• Create and maintain 3-5 year category strategies, supplier roadmaps, and sourcing plans that support cost competitiveness, innovation, supply continuity, and business growth.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluations, supplier selection, negotiations, and award recommendations with key stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, supply agreements, long-term agreements, technology partnerships, service contracts, and other procurement arrangements.
