Job summary

Anderson Power Products is seeking a Product Manager - Energy to lead the Energy segment strategy and growth initiatives. You will translate market intelligence, customer needs, and technology trends into product roadmaps and commercialization plans, working with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and PM to drive OEM wins and scalable revenue.

The role involves identifying market opportunities across battery energy storage, fuel cells, microgrids, backup power, and distributed energy,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
7+ years in product management, strategic marketing, or related roles.
Experience in energy, battery storage, microgrids, backup power, or power electronics.
Ability to translate market insight into business cases and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Energy segment strategy and growth roadmap.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and PM to identify opportunities.
Support OEM design-in activities and platform opportunities with market and application insight.
Translate customer requirements and trends into roadmap inputs and opportunities.
Lead commercialization, including positioning, launches, and sales enablement.
