Job summary

T1 Energy is building a domestic solar supply chain and seeks a Support Engineer to join the Network Operations Team. You will monitor Energy Storage Systems, manage tickets, and collaborate with engineering to optimize performance and automation.

The role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate has customer support experience, understands Electrical and Controls Engineering, and can read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Energy Storage Systems across engineering disciplines.
• Ability to respond quickly to ensure best Customer Experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency in processing historical data to identify root causes.
• Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems.
• Familiarity with MySQL and other databases.
• Experience with Cloud Computing.
• Communication and networking protocols including TCP/IP, Modbus, CANbus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Team player with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer support issues.
• Manage support tickets and track progress.
• Improve support processes and workflows.
• Review historical data trends to identify issues.
• Automate monitoring and issue tracking.
• Coordinate across multiple departments.
