Mortenson Construction is seeking a Quality Engineer in our Energy Storage group to oversee quality control on assigned project scopes and drive corrective actions. The role may partner with senior managers on larger projects, with 50%–75% travel across the US.

Responsibilities include implementing the Quality Management Plan, overseeing material and work inspections, managing NCN and RFI workflows, and training site personnel in Mortenson's Quality System.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in design, engineering, or construction.
• Ability to conduct constructability and quality reviews of design docs and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with the design-bid-build process.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
