Responsibilities

• Interpret project plans for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Implement the pre-construction quality plan.
• Obtain and maintain construction permits; manage fees and expenses.
• Develop and maintain document control like RFIs and submittals.
• Mentor field engineers and manage safety/compliance for the team.
• Coordinate scheduling and closeout activities; ensure project timelines.
