Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Quality Engineer in the Energy Storage group to lead quality control, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions on assigned scopes. This role collaborates with senior quality managers on larger projects and requires substantial travel across the United States.

The position presents two levels to fit candidate experience, with base pay ranges shown for QE I and QE II and a plan for incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• Minimum one year in design, engineering, or construction.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to conduct constructability and design document reviews.
