Job summary

AESC US is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support execution of utility-scale energy storage projects. You will manage documentation, scheduling, and cross-team coordination to keep complex deployments on track.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, engineering, procurement and services, maintaining records, and supporting commissioning and service activities with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of project coordination or operations experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for project documentation and scheduling.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams.
• Support proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client docs.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, escalate risks to management.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among engineering, procurement, sales, and services.
