ExxonMobil is seeking an Energy Storage Solutions Platform Manager to identify and incubate new business opportunities in the energy storage industry beyond graphite and lithium. You will lead a cross-functional team and develop investment cases for senior management.

The role requires 15+ years in business development or strategic roles, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (MBA a plus), and strong knowledge of energy storage markets, grid integration, and new technologies.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of energy storage markets, grids, and renewable integration challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of market developers, business developers, and marketing professionals.
Develop investment opportunities and propose strategy to senior management.
Oversee marketing and channel strategies and market development growth initiatives.
Provide direction to internal R&D programs.
Develop M&A strategies and identify targets.
