Job summary

Exoben Inc. in the United States seeks an SVP, Energy Storage Systems to lead the delivery of Exoben’s storage solutions, turning strategy into deployed systems across markets.

You will oversee system deployment, project execution and operational performance of ExoGrid solutions, ensuring reliability and integration with solar and EV charging infrastructure, working closely with engineering, operations and field teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in energy systems, infrastructure or large-scale project execution.
• Strong understanding of energy storage systems, grid integration and power distribution.
• Experience managing projects from design to deployment.
• Organizational, practical and results-focused leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of energy storage projects across residential, commercial and utility-scale systems.
• Oversee deployment of ExoGrid systems powered by LithioX and SodioX batteries.
• Ensure strong integration between storage, solar generation and EV charging infrastructure.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deployable system designs.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams for smooth installation and commissioning.
• Ensure systems meet performance, safety and reliability standards after deployment.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed.
• Identify risks in project execution and resolve them quickly.
• Support expansion into new markets by adapting systems to local grid conditions.
• Build and lead a strong execution-focused energy storage team.
