Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of energy storage projects, from planning and design through installation and commissioning.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, logistics and field operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Exoben’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience managing energy, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and execution.
• Organized, practical and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end energy storage project execution.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Manage vendors, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Control project budgets and timelines.
• Report project status to leadership.
