Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager within our Energy Storage group to lead complex project scheduling and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop and implement scheduling strategies across multiple large projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.
• Thorough knowledge of standard construction practices, project sequencing and installation methods.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and train others in scheduling methods.
• Ability to develop scheduling strategies for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners in the development of project schedules using CPM scheduling on large/complex projects.
• Monitor and update project schedules across multiple projects.
• Generate mitigation options and assist management to implement corrective scheduling plans.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and scheduling strategies for project pursuits.
• Support rollout of company-wide scheduling training and initiatives.
