Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager I in Energy Storage to lead scheduling for large, complex projects. You will manage teams, develop schedules with CPM tools, and drive schedule strategy across projects.

The role requires advanced scheduling knowledge, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time results. Base pay ranges with incentive eligibility, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Eight+ years of construction experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.
• Thorough knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners in developing schedules using CPM scheduling programs.
• Monitor and update project schedules across multiple projects.
• Develop mitigation options and assist management in mitigation plans.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and scheduling strategy.
