Job summary

You will build a $6 million book, manage strategic accounts, uncover expansion opportunities, and guide customers from discovery to tailored, complex solutions while representing Extol with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience calling on the corporate marketplace and speaking with management-level stakeholders.
• Experience facing competition and driving new business.
• Ability to close deals with average size $200,000–$2,000,000.
• Comfort sustaining long sales cycles (6 months or more).
• Experience giving dynamic presentations to groups up to 25 people.
• Experience selling high-end products and complex, custom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take over existing accounts and close current opportunities.
• Develop a growth strategy with expansion targets and new accounts.
• Identify key decision-makers at existing and target accounts.
• Demonstrate discovery skills to enable tailored solution development.
• Explain Extol’s technologies, benefits, and value to customers.
• Practice CRM hygiene and support forecasting requirements.
