SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to lead the front-end development of utility-scale storage projects.

You will coordinate RFP processes, estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction, partnering with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering and Scheduling to ensure viable, competitive bids. The role combines project management with hands-on estimating and scheduling, advancing opportunities from RFP through to preconstruction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Working knowledge of battery energy storage systems, substations and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with CMiC or similar construction ERP software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents, preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Evaluate and respond to client RFIs; draft and submit RFIs to the client.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable design packages aligned with site and interconnection constraints.
• Build initial project schedules and cashflow projections for client proposals.
• Assemble proposal packages for submission with complete technical and commercial content.
