SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to lead the front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects from RFP through estimating and transition to preconstruction.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering and Scheduling to prepare technical and commercial deliverables, coordinate teams, and ensure a smooth handoff to the Preconstruction group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and industry‑standard tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents, including preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Evaluate and respond to client RFIs. Draft and submit RFIs to the client.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable, optimized design packages aligned with site, interconnection, and technology constraints.
• Monitor engineering deliverable timelines to ensure Estimating and other stakeholders receive the information needed to meet client RFP due dates.
