SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to lead front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects.

You will coordinate with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to craft technical and commercial deliverables, manage the RFP process, and transition to Preconstruction. This is a remote role with potential office work and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments
• Energy Storage experience preferred
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and industry tools such as Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, Primavera P6
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specs, and contracts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate front-end development across Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction
• Attend and organize meetings, prepare agendas and notes, track action items
• Review client RFP documents and preliminary designs, schedules, and permits
• Review EPC contracts and exhibits for scope, specs, and DOR
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bill of materials with Estimating
• Develop LNTP pricing, cashflows, and schedules
• Create initial project schedules and cashflow projections for proposals
• Assemble and ensure completeness of proposal packages for clients
