Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a commercially driven Nomex® Energy Solutions Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across North America. This remote opportunity supports electrification markets including EV OEMs, transformers, electrical infrastructure, and data center power systems.

You will develop and execute a strategic growth plan, identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and channel partners, and collaborate with engineering, product management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, transformers, EV technologies, industrial motors/generators, utilities, smart grid technologies, or data center power systems.
• Demonstrated success creating and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Ability to travel throughout North America (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan across North America.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and channel stakeholders.
• Expand relationships within EV and transformer markets.
• Re-engage underpenetrated transformer accounts and uncover new opportunities.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, product development, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Application Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.
