Job summary

ICF is seeking a Business Development (BD) Manager to join the Environment Infrastructure and Energy (EEI) BD team and expand our energy sector work across North America. This US-based remote role prioritizes Dallas, Houston, or New York and involves building a high-velocity pipeline and coordinating with delivery teams.

You will drive revenue growth by managing multiple concurrent pursuits, applying qualification frameworks, and collaborating with SMEs, marketers, and account leads to win

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior business development experience managing a high-volume, multi-deal pipeline.
• Proven outbound prospecting ability with hands-on experience on LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience following a structured and disciplined sales process.
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent opportunities with disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Ability to travel to client sites and conferences as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value and components of ICF’s core energy solution set to investors and developers.
• Develop and qualify a robust pipeline of energy developers and investors; begin qualifying leads.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to create expansion opportunities with existing clients.
• Manage the full sale lifecycle for standard and larger pursuits when applicable.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy with CRM hygiene.
