Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager - Components to accelerate growth across North America.

You will identify opportunities, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative insulation and components solutions. In this role, you will build trusted partnerships, achieve sales targets, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of the transformer industry, insulation products, or related markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
