Job summary

Arclin is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth for Nomex Energy Solutions across North America. This role sits at the intersection of electrification, EVs, power distribution, motors and transformers, collaborating with engineering, product management, marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, transformers, EV technologies, industrial motors/generators, utilities, smart grid technologies, or data center power systems.
• Ability to travel throughout North America (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic growth plan across North America.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and channel stakeholders.
• Expand relationships within EV and transformer markets.
• Re-engage underpenetrated transformer accounts and uncover new opportunities.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, product development, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Application Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.
