McKinstry is seeking an Account Executive to join the Energy division in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our mission is to make buildings more efficient by applying energy performance contracting, engineering and design, and related services.

You will develop consultative relationships, identify outcome-based solutions for government clients, manage a sales pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams to close deals. Travel within the state is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum track record of sales success in related energy services or building performance sectors.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the state for client meetings.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills required.

Responsabilités

• Develop consultative relationships with potential and existing clients at all levels of their organization.
• Identify outcome-based solutions and lead government clients to contract closure.
• Develop and maintain a sales plan and manage a robust pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with Operations to position the client for success and ensure project alignment.
• Prepare proposals, lead client acquisition efforts, and drive closing deals.
