Paycom - ATS is seeking an Intake/Certification Specialist for the Energy Department in Bloomfield, CT. This seasonal role involves scheduling customer appointments, conducting intake, and assisting applicants with program eligibility and resources.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree preferred, with a high school diploma acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Responsabilités

• Responds to emergency cases within 24 hours of inquiry.

• Maintain orderly paper and electronic files per program rules.
• Provide referrals to agency and community resources and assist with applications.
