Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Windsor, CT seeks an Intake/Certification Specialist to support eligibility determination, intake processing, and referrals. You will schedule appointments, assist applicants, and help navigate program guidelines.

This is a seasonal hourly role with a focus on customer service and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (or an associate degree in human services preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services or related field preferred; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
• Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with non-profit or community volunteering is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage customer intake appointments and eligibility reviews.
• Provide quality customer service and referrals to resources.
• Process energy applications and required documentation.
• Maintain orderly paper files and daily activity logs.
• Attend training and maintain certifications.
• Outreach and participate in community events.
