Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Manchester, CT is seeking an Intake/Certification Specialist for a seasonal, day-shift role. The position supports eligibility determinations, appointment scheduling, and customer assistance with program applications and referrals to community resources.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s Degree in a human services field or a high school diploma with relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and travel is minimal.

Qualifications
