Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Intake/Certification Specialist in Enfield, CT. The role focuses on scheduling customer appointments, conducting intake, and assisting with eligibility per program guidelines to connect clients with agency and community resources.

The position requires an Associate’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with driving also preferred for community outreach tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment and work with minimum supervision.
• Experience with nonprofit or community volunteering is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Driving is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and reschedules customer intake appointments.
• Provides intake assistance and reviews eligibility per program rules.
• Maintains orderly paper and electronic files in line with requirements.
• Delivers quality customer service to diverse clients.
• Refers customers to internal and external resources as needed.
• Processes energy applications following procedures and QA guidelines.
• Prepares program reports and maintains daily activity logs.
• Participates in trainings to maintain and refresh job skills.
