Job summary

Clark Energies is seeking motivated sales professionals in Frisco, TX to manage pre-set appointments and close high-ticket residential and commercial deals. You will engage prospects via calls, meetings, and follow-ups, deliver compelling product presentations, and maintain CRM records. A bootcamp program and ongoing development support are provided.

The role offers base compensation with commission, advancement opportunities, and flexible learning paths in a dynamic, purpose-driven company.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Must own a laptop or tablet for proposals and presentations.
• Comfortable with in-home presentations.
• Complete and pass our Bootcamp Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Manage and consult inbound pre-set appointments to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information on our services.
• Negotiate and close high-ticket residential and commercial deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.
• Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success.
