Job summary

Dynamic is seeking energetic, coachable sales representatives to contact Texas homeowners about energy efficiency solutions. You will deliver a high-energy sales pitch, identify homeowner pain points, and schedule appointments for senior energy consultants.

Enjoy a structured schedule (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with a strong earnings opportunity: $500 weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions and weekly bonuses, plus a generous PTO and holidays package. Comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing telesales experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting energy solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-earnings environment.
