Job summary

Vision Marketing LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Energy Consultant to join our door-to-door sales team. Earn $1,500–$4,000+ per week with paid training, coaching, and rapid advancement opportunities. You will meet homeowners, educate them on energy solutions, build rapport, and complete enrollments using our tech tools.

We offer uncapped commissions, daily/weekly pay, bonuses, paid training, and advancement into leadership roles in a team-oriented environment across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and customers in assigned neighborhoods.
