Qualifications

• 5+ years’ working experience in Retail Operations in multiple energy markets across ERCOT, NYISO and PJM.
• Experience in retail energy market required.
• Capable of data analysis with minimal supervision and remediation recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Investigate discrepancies in work processes and coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement controls and reporting, pilot non-standard processes, then automate when successful.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to improve billing, customer experience and reporting.
• Establish controls to bridge gaps across business units and ensure compliance with PUC protocols.
• Participate in requirements gathering and QA testing for new development and automation projects.
