Qualifications

• 5+ years’ working experience in Retail Operations in multiple energy markets across ERCOT, NYISO and PJM.
• Experience in retail energy market required.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5 years of directly related relevant experience in Retail Operations in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate discrepancies in work processes and address issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement controls and reporting, piloting manually before automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and adjust processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with requirements gathering and QA testing for new development to improve billing, customer experience and reporting.
• Adhere to ERCOT Retail Market Guide protocols and PUC compliance.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decisions.
