APTIM Energy Transitions is seeking a Project Analyst located in Texas to support HOMES and HEEHR programs. You will manage reporting, data analytics, and project coordination to align with DOE guidance and state principles.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and collaboration with contractors. Travel to assignments quarterly is expected, with a focus on residential energy efficiency and electrification projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in program/project management in energy programs.
• Ability to review data and develop options and actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to summarize information.

• Support administration and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects.
• Develop reports that align with DOE requirements and provide leadership insights.
• Streamline processes with program leadership to improve timeliness and quality.
• Conduct QA/QC of processes and propose improvements.
• Assist in contract management, reporting, and metrics tracking.
• Support project management activities and coordinate action items.
• Review project applications for policy and procedure compliance.
• Maintain system databases accurately.
• Adhere to APTIM quality and safety policies.
