Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume, shared-queue environments.
• Experience in operational processing or program administration.
• Experience with data entry in modern systems.
• Experience in large corporate or cross-functional environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and validation skills.
• Salesforce experience.
• Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with PDFs, scanning, and document conversion.
• Exposure to rebate, utility, or regulated programs.
• Process improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support DSM under Energy Efficiency and Demand Response.
• Coordinate across teams with seasonality and program volume.
• Validate customer eligibility, equipment qualification, and incentive amounts.
• Process high-volume rebate and work orders.
• Work from shared Salesforce queues and monitor quotas.
• Collaborate with Hunt Electric via Salesforce, email, or chat.
• Review applications submitted digitally, via PDF, and by mail.
• Support residential and commercial rebate workflows as needed.
