Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization. This position is primarily remote with one in-office day per week and reports to the Manager in the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response group.

You will process high-volume rebate applications, manage Salesforce queues, validate eligibility, and collaborate with vendors to ensure successful program

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in operational processing, program administration, data entry, or a similar high-volume environment.
• 1+ years of experience working in a shared-queue or high-volume processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume rebate applications and work orders, supporting programs that handle tens of thousands of transactions annually.
• Manage work from shared Salesforce queues, generally processing requests from oldest to newest.
• Validate customer eligibility, qualifying equipment, program requirements, and incentive amounts.
• Review applications submitted digitally, through PDF documents, and by physical mail.
• Use Salesforce dashboards to monitor workload, progress, productivity, and program quotas.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, including Hunt Electric, through Salesforce, email, and chat.
• Support residential rebate workflows and assist with commercial programs.
• Process regulated rebates and incentives.
• Collaborate with team members daily in a primarily remote environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
