Job summary

Energy Solutions - USA is seeking a Rebate Processing Coordinator for its Boston, MA or New York, NY office. The role is hybrid with on-site attendance at least once per week. Pay ranges from $27.55 to $34.42 per hour, with target compensation of $27.55 to $30.67 depending on experience.

A year or more of administrative or data-entry experience is required, with high school diploma. The coordinator maintains claim data in internal systems, formats Excel spreadsheets, and supports processing

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of administrative or data-entry experience.
• Claims-processing experience is preferred.
• A related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with energy-efficiency rebate programs is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review incentive claims and supporting attachments before processing.
• Contact participants for missing documentation.
• Process rebate applications and respond to program emails and calls.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Enter claim information daily and monitor applications.
• Maintain accurate records and update processing guidelines with the program manager.
• Report progress in team meetings.
