APTIM seeks an Energy Advisor to lead communications for the IRA HOMES/HEAR program, coordinating with contractors, partners, customers, and stakeholders. You will oversee program operations, review rebates, and support outreach and training.

The role requires energy efficiency program experience, strong contractor relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring compliance with program rules and building science practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in sales, customer service, or customer management.
• Ability to lead and maintain relationships.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with contractors and provide program support.
• Review rebate applications for compliance and provide feedback.
• Navigate the program from application to post-project review with customers.
• Improve efficiency and compliance rates among contractors.
• Develop and deliver contractor-facing materials and trainings.
