Job summary

Veolia is expanding its commercial organization for Energy services in North America. The role focuses on developing, preparing, and implementing large and complex proposals for energy clients, coordinating with legal, sales, and operations to craft compelling narratives and competitive submissions.

The candidate will shape win themes, manage multi-stakeholder processes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and optimization.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Communications or Related field.
• 6-8 years of proposal development/management experience, ideally with a strong background in engineering or technical proposals.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong writing and editing abilities; familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire proposal workload from inception to completion with strong organizational and project management.
• Shape strategic win themes and visually represent technical solutions in proposals.
• Support creation of sales enablement content, client presentations and case studies.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline drafting, editing and content generation.
• Track data such as due dates, responsible parties, and bid amounts; report trends.
• Develop detailed responses to proposals and qualification packages for global opportunities.
• Develop pricing coordination with Account Manager and document assumptions.
• Create implementation and transition plans for new/existing customers.
• Follow up on proposal contents with sales/operations for feedback.
• Maintain electronic database of sales collateral (boilerplates, resumes, etc.).
• Take on other duties as assigned.
