Job summary

The Partners Alliance is seeking a Proposal Engineer to lead the development of technical and commercial proposals for North American power projects, including new generation, retrofits, renewables, and data center and AI infrastructure applications.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, project teams, and global offices to validate feasibility, pricing, and risk, and you will engage with customers to understand their applications and communicate available capabilities while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in control systems, process operations, project engineering, or technical proposal development.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare DCS and automation proposals for power generation, retrofit, renewable energy, and data center projects.
• Review customer specifications and develop appropriate proposal strategies.
• Define project scopes, engineering requirements, cost estimates, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project teams, and global offices to validate feasibility, pricing, and risk.
• Engage with customers to understand their applications and communicate available technical capabilities.
• Support customer presentations, proposal interviews, contract discussions, and negotiations.
• Deliver accurate and competitive proposal packages within established deadlines.
