Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in energy law, both regulatory and transactional.
• Familiarity with the Federal Power Act and energy transaction structures.
• Ability to draft bespoke energy contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate power purchase agreements and energy service contracts.
• Advise on electric market design issues within RTOs/ISOs.
• Represent clients before the FERC and advise on compliance.
• Counsel on emerging energy policy and renewable energy integration.
